While we are very excited about the results our customers are seeing with FloZyte, we understand our product may not work for everyone. We are happy to offer a refund to those that do not experience the results they wanted. Our money-back guarantee will refund the purchase of FloZyte within 60 days of purchase.

Refunds and Returns Policy

FloZyte returns may be accepted only when all of the following conditions are satisfied:

1. FloZyte was purchased directly through our website flozyte.com.
2. All unfinished or unopened bottles must be returned to FloZyte.
3. The Order number received when purchase was made on flozyte.com must be provided.
4. All purchased FloZyte bottles must be received within 60 days of purchase. No returns will be accepted after this time period at:

If you need to make a return, please email us at support@flozyte.com with order number and date of purchase before sending the merchandise back.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All refunds will be made to the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

FloZyte will ship within 24 business hours of order placement. FloZyte comes is shipped in discreet packaging via USPS Priority Mail with tracking and delivery confirmation. Our product ships from our warehouse in Northridge, California.
